Golden Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1/2 fresh mango (alternatively approx. 200 g frozen mango)
- 180 g MyLove-MyLife coconut yoghurt alternative mango-passion fruit
- 150 ml oat milk
- 50 ml cold water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
To enhance the antioxidant effect of the curcumin/bioavailability:
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- pinch of pepper
Preparation
- cut the mango into pieces
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend briefly on high speed to make a lassi.
It tastes especially good with ice cubes in summer ;)
